Po Po sayswhy we make this
The most comprehensive herbal tonic in the Chinese postpartum tradition. Ten herbs (dang gui, dang shen, shu di huang, bai zhu, chuan xiong, gan cao, fu ling, bai shao, gou qi zi, huang qi, plus cinnamon) are combined to support qi and blood across all organ systems in TCM. Reserved for week four because it is too intensifying earlier.

Herbs & safety · 安全

Do not start before day 22 (natural birth) or day 28 (C-section). Use every two to three days, not daily, to avoid the TCM concept of internal-heat buildup. Skip during fever or active illness, and check with a TCM practitioner if you take prescription medication or have a clotting disorder.
