8 dates
Red dates (jujube) 红枣
pitted and torn
1 tbsp
Dried longan 桂圆
1 tbsp
Goji berries 枸杞子
added at end
small piece, optional
Rock sugar 冰糖
Method · 做法

Tear the dates open and place in a saucepan with 1 litre of water.

Add longan. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 15 minutes.

Add goji and rock sugar. Simmer 3 more minutes.

Drink warm throughout the day. Re-brew the same fruit once with another litre.
