Pork ribs 排骨
20g (dried slices)
Dried Chinese yam slices 淮山
rinsed
5 dates
Red dates (jujube) 红枣
pitted
1 tbsp
Goji berries 枸杞子
added at the end
3 slices
Old ginger 老姜
to taste
Sea salt 盐
Method · 做法

Blanch ribs in boiling water 5 min. Drain.

Combine ribs, dried Chinese yam slices, dates, and ginger with 1.8L water.

Bring to a boil, skim, then simmer covered on low for 75 to 90 minutes.

Stir in goji in the last 5 minutes. Salt at the table.
