Jasmine rice 香米
6 dates
Red dates (jujube) 红枣
1 tbsp
Goji berries 枸杞子
3 slices
Old ginger 老姜
pinch
Sea salt
Method · 做法

Rinse rice once. Combine with 1.5L water, dates and ginger in a pot.

Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low. Stir occasionally for 60–75 minutes until rice breaks down into a smooth porridge.

Stir in goji in the last 5 minutes. Salt lightly.

Serve hot. Reheat with a splash of water, never microwave from cold.
