Brown sugar 红糖
to taste
Method · 做法

Combine ginger with 350ml water in a small saucepan.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a steady simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.

Stir in brown sugar until dissolved.

Strain into a mug. Drink warm.
