30g (dried)
Dried fish maw 花胶
soaked overnight, then blanched with ginger
400g
Pork ribs 排骨
6 dates
Red dates (jujube) 红枣
1 tbsp
Goji berries 枸杞子
4 slices
Old ginger 老姜
Method · 做法

Soak fish maw in cold water overnight in the fridge. Blanch with ginger for 3 minutes, drain.

Blanch ribs separately for 2 minutes. Drain.

Combine all in 2L water. Boil hard 10 minutes, then drop to low simmer covered for 90 minutes.

Add goji last 5 minutes. Salt at table.
